Use this form to enroll as a member of the Apostleship of Prayer.

You will receive an enrollment kit, with materials explaining the Apostleship of Prayer and samples of our prayer materials. The only requirement to be a member of the Apostleship of Prayer is that you resolve to offer yourself to God each day for the salvation of all people, for the monthly prayer intentions of the Pope, and for the intentions of all the Apostles of Prayer throughout the world. As you pray for others, they pray for you.

No one knows the exact number of Apostles of Prayer throughout the world, but there are tens of millions, all offering themselves each day for the good of the world and the Church. Join us.

MEMBER DUTIES

1. Commit to praying a daily offering for the salvation of all people, for the monthly intentions of the Holy Father, and for the intentions of all Apostles of Prayer.
2. Inform Apostleship of Prayer of your membership (write or call us at 414.486.1152).
3. Meet with other members when meetings are held near you.
4. Subscribe to or order materials from the Apostleship of Prayer for your personal and family use.
5. Be open to growth in your devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
6. Keep the Apostleship of Prayer office informed of your activities and let us know your needs.
7. Consider becoming a Promoter in your parish or school.
